What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer directly to our account in IDR or USD
  • Transfer from Wise

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days if all the items that you order is in stock. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer, and we will inform you of the estimated completion time during the order process. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and chosen courier.

Can I customize my order?

Yes! We accept custom orders including personalized engraving, sizes, or finishes. Please contact us via WhatsApp or email to discuss your request.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we can provide gift wrapping upon request. Just mention it to us when confirming your order via WhatsApp. (additional charges may apply)

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, don’t worry — we’ve got you covered. Please send us a video of the unboxing as proof, and we will arrange a replacement for you.
Please note: Shipping costs for the replacement item will be the responsibility of the customer.
